High impact running bra for breastfeeding mum

My daughter had her first baby about 6 weeks ago and has asked me to buy her for Christmas a high impact running bra that will also allow her to breastfeed, so that she can return to running in a few weeks time. She says she is a size 30DD. I have tried googling but have not found a bra that ticks the boxes: high impact/support + allows easy breastfeeding + size 30DD. Can anyone recommend a brand? Thanks!

You could try the Circuit bra from sweaty Betty - I haven’t tried it, but it has a zip front so would probably work for feeding. On a separate note I would strongly recommend she sees a women’s health specific physio for a pelvic floor assessment before she starts back (perhaps a voucher for one might be a good accompanying present!) - I speak from bitter personal experience lol.

Latched do a breastfeeding sports bra with clip down cups that's pretty supportive. Agree with a pp about the pelvic floor stuff, recent research suggests that you shouldn't run until at least 12 weeks post partum anyway.

I stuck to good old shock absorber sports bras when I was breast feeding, just went up back and cup sizes. I have managed to breastfeed whilst wearing one as I unclipped the lower clasp and just pulled it up over my breast, not the easiest but dc was hungry and wouldn't wait!

Try 'Natal active' nursing sports bras.
Small business, really nice quality, great with returns/exchanges and nice colours too.
