I love Anthropologie's homewares but it's so pricey! I have my eye on the snowman cookie jar but it's really small for the price. Where can I get something special like that (quirky and good quality) but with a more reasonable price tag? Sometimes Oliver Bonas delivers, but not this time.

I wanted a butter dish from Anthropologie. It was expensive for a butter dish but I loved the design so much I was willing to pay the price...until I read the reviews which all said it didn’t even fit a block of butter in it. It’s so annoying, please just make beautiful things in functional sizes!

I wonder how good the quality actually is? The description is quite misleading, it says, “Bristol-based crafter Liz Davies creates porcelain animals and homewares in her garden studio.” Then below that it says it’s imported. From where? Portugal? China? Most irritating.

@PeaceLoveAndCandy I have some gorgeous Christmas cookie jars/serving dishes/jugs etc that I’ve picked up over the years and the vast majority are from TK Maxx/Homesense 😊 definitely worth a look for something a little bit different!
