Not anything to do with sex. Just every day. Sometimes they happen. Why?

Possibly your pelvic floor muscles are poor. The air gets in there and then expelled again. Have you had kids? You could look into something like an Elvie trainer or a Kegel8 machine to help tighten up again?

Ah thanks. It’s not a regular thing at all, so I’m not too worried I’m just wondering why some days and some it doesn’t

It's normal 👍🏼

JanewaysBun · 13/11/2020 22:06

I get them during yoga.
Moreso after DC

I don't unless I'm pregnant. Maybe that makes it more... Parpy!

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 13/11/2020 22:11

I think certain times of the month are worse. Maybe it expands sometimes 😂.

BashfulClam · 13/11/2020 22:32

I rarely get them. Mostly yoga does it, although I was in a yoga class and when we moved the wins. Next to my keg out the loudest Fanny fart that I nearly died laughing...it was so unexpected!

PartoftheProbl3m · 14/11/2020 08:11

Lol. No yoga. Kids all adults. I was cooking pizza. 😩😂

Since giving birth 4 moths ago I get them terribly, every time I bend over. Hope it stops eventually

If your kids are adults then you should defo think about doing some pelvic floor exercises. It will help protect against fun stuff like urinary incontinence and prolapse when you hit menopause 😬

Oddly they’re fine. Can trampoline with the best of them.
My q was why so random, I suppose
