Very random but does anyone remember this?

When I was little in the 80s I used to get these little craft sets and games. The logo was of a bald man and I cannot for the life of me remember what the brand was called. I thought it was galt but can't seem to see that logo.. It's one of those things that I want to browse and reminisce but currently stuck. Any ideas would be appreciated
