Richard McCann came to my work a couple of years ago as he's now a motivational speaker. He was great, a nice guy who's lived one hell of a life but he's really made the best of an awful start in life. We were all in tears by the end but for good/bad reasons!

Woman's Hour did this well today. They did start their report of his death by naming the convict's known victims: Wilma McCann , Emily Jackson, Irene Richardson, Tina Atkinson, Jayne MacDonald, Jean Jordan Yvonne Pearson, Helen Rytka, Vera Millward, Josephine Whitaker, Barbara Leach, Marguerite Walls, Jacqueline Hill and talking to and about the families concerned.

I agree - it is hard to wish anyone a covid death but also hard to be sorry that someone who did such harm to so many is one of its victims.
