What is this weird thing?

I keep getting an ad for Amazon fashion on Facebook. The picture is always the same but I have no idea what it could be. If I click on it I get taken to the App Store to install the Amazon app, so i can't even go to Amazon to find out!

Any ideas?

They are foot thongs for ballet dancers. A type of soft canvas shoe.

The right one is what it looks like on the bottom. The circle patches are to help pirouetting
