What do men actually think about women as female leaders?

Got a work thing which presented the Board of Directors - 9 men, 1 woman.

Lots of questions from attendees, why aren't there more women? Presenters responded oh yes, we want more women, etc. But do they? Do they really?

Not if they can get one of their own in. Were they all white men of a certain age?

Yes, they were all white men of a certain age. All very vocal about having women in higher positions, but I doubt their sincerity
