On my iPhone SE. Iplayer radio used to work fine and when I first got bbc sounds it seemed to work fine. Then it got a bit hit and miss. Now I cannot listen to anything at all. I can’t download or listen live.
I’ve tried using browsers (Safari and Google Chrome) instead of the app but that doesn’t help.
On the app it just keeps trying to work but nothing happens and I get no message. On the browser I get “this content isn’t working at the moment” message. If I try to download content to listen offline it just says “download failed”.
Please help!!
