Has anyone used the We buy books App? Have a ton of books cleared from Ds’s room.

Have a lot of collections etc Some books haven’t even been read sadly, although others have been read through again.

Just wondered if anyone had used the App, is it really worth the bother?

I have, it's the best one I've used - others are sellitback, musicmagipe and ziffit. Be aware though they will offer you a lot less than selling yourself, but of course you can sell all there and then without waiting for a sale to come through.

Lots of newer and popular books will not sell though, it is more the rare sort they are after.

Found the scanner a bit temperamental too.

It's about effort Vs cash. I've tried seeking books online and had no interest so this was a way of clearing a load but I find it frustrating when they'll take like books 1,3,4 and 8 out of a series but not the rest

Some of the other sites will pay out when webuybooks don't, sellitback was pretty good too I found.

It’s such a shame that books don’t have a good resale value. Some a virtually brand new and at £7.99 on average a book.

I know, I'm trying to shift Jasper Ffordes series, all new, read once, complete series. I can get about £3 for half the books cumulatively 🤣😭
