Ordered from Ikea over three weeks ago. Took first available slot which was Monday. Nothing was dispatched. Spent all day trying to get hold of someone and they didn’t have the bed. So I’m getting refunded.
Monday evening, looked at loads of places and ordered a bed to be next day delivery (so Today) and paid extra for the service. Again it wasn’t dispatched. Customer services were looking into it at 9am. I checked this afternoon and no update. No one seems to know or look into it.
So assuming this one isn’t coming, where should I be looking next.
Needs to be white. Ladder on right. A mid height one and nothing underneath (or just a desk to pull out). Under £300 including mattress.
