Audible - returning books help.

I had no idea that you could return books that you have not got on with. I have sent emails and tweets. But have got nowhere asking questions about this.

If you have audible, have you done this ? I assume that you can’t just return something you have listened to through to the end. Are there amounts you can send back ? I have sent one back. But I have another two in my stash that I just couldn’t get in with. Is there a limit etc. Thanks.

Once you are logged in, go to your library where it lists all your books and it should give you the option to return online. If you don't get that option and it says 'not eligible for return', just go to the online chat function and they will refund you through that. I have done this many a time, they always answer v quickly and and its all done within a couple minutes. They will refund you a book even if you have finished it to the end if you haven't enjoyed it, was disappointed with the end etc. Sometimes they don't even ask why you want to return it. Hope that helps.

I've returned one book in 5 years - can't remember what it was for the life of me now though. Started it, but really struggled to get into it.

A quick google tells me that you can return 2 books automatically within a 12 month period, but have to contact Customer Support directly if you want to return more than that.

I buy loads and return quite a few. I can't see a way to do it from my library: I always do it from the drop down menu at the top of the page where it says 'Hi Will'. I choose 'account details' and then 'purchase history'. Then you see a list of all the books you've bought. You can definitely return a book you've read right to the end, but you only have 12 months from purchase. I think you have to be a member to return books. I'm using uk website.
