...but is anyone else experiencing iffy service from Marks? I placed an online order days ago (homeware, not gin) and I haven't even had a confirmation email yet.
The money has however been deducted from my account.
I'm waiting for a response to me asking what was going on...I want to love Marks but this is really frustrating.
