It turns out copious chocolate and coffee drinking into my 30s has discoloured my teeth. What would you recommend? Tooth whitener wise please dont take my coffee away--

I looked into this, and decided to go for a charcoal toothpaste for a couple of weeks and bought an electric plaque remover.

When that is done I am going to get carbamide peroxide 35%. The max safe strength is 38%. Lower strength is fine, it just stays on for longer. 35% only needs half an hour.

There is a page on the NHS website about teeth whitening, it was very informative.

Nothing ,I’ve tried everything under the sun , every gadget ,every tooth paste, you name it I bought it. Nothing works, save some money and get it done professionally at your dentist.

Crest white strips are the only ones that work for me. The effect only lasts a few months though because I like red wine too much.
