Hello all. I need to make an ice cream cake so thinking of what I can layer in. Going to have thin sponge, vanilla ice cream, cookies mixed in caramel sauce, peanut butter ice cream, then some other filling and a top layer of vanilla ice cream.
But I dont know what to make the other filling out of. Any suggestions?
