Hoping I can get some reassurance - My periods have always been extremely regular almost to the day (23/24 day cycle) In September, my period was nearly 3 wks late which was very strange but I figured it was stress related. Then it was normal twice in a row & I've just got my period... 8 days early! EARLY? Never early!
Is this a perimenopause thing I wonder?
Anyone had similar? I'm 42.
