M and S Christmas

I usually have my entire family for Christmas which is about 35 people, obviously this year it won't be the same. It'll just be myself, my partner and my 4 children though my eldest's boyfriend is joining us too.
I'm thinking of just doing a m and s Christmas, save all the prep and the clean up......has anyone else done this? If so what would you recommend please?
I am vegan and the family are veggie so no meat required. I've already booked a Christmas slot for a few bits but can add more.

We have an M and S Christmas every year ! Love it . No hassle .

I know two friends who did this last Christmas and both said they wouldn't do it again. They both had several items missing, and one had an off turkey. Fortunately, the local Spa was open for some chicken portions! They both felt they could make much better themselves.

I did this with my parents a year or so ago. For various reasons we didn't want to do the usual from scratch (though we are all good cooks and usually love it). Everything except roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds was bought in advance, no ordering or anything, just two or three trips to a couple of different supermarkets. We made the potatoes and YPs as frozen ones are awful. It was very relaxed, no-one had to spend half the day in the kitchen and it was all fine.

I had an M&S Christmas a few years back when I moved house on 23rd December - it was great! Lovely cauliflower cheese, red cabbage, turkey crown with all the trimmings. They've launched a new vegan range recently so I'm sure you'll have plenty to choose from. Go for it! Make it easy for yourself (can't believe you usually have 35 people!!)

omg 35 people, it's a wonder you're not rocking in the corner by boxing day!

We have an M&S Christmas every year, turkey crown, pigs in blankets, stuffing, gravy, prepped sprouts and a couple of puds, makes life soo easy! We do make our own spuds, starter and cheese board though.
