New washing machine recommendations please

My one has broken, it was second hand so time for a new one. This old one does a standard wash in about 1 hour 30. All the new one seem to take 3-4 hours!!! Please tell me what machine you have and how long to do a standard 40 degree wash. My brain is hurting from all the choice...

We have a Candy machine, it's 9kg but shallow so doesn't take up so much space. Does an everyday wash in 59 mins, but also has 14, 30 and 45 min washes too. Plus loads if others we don't use very often. Was about £250ish

We have a Bosch Serie 4.

Does a mixed load 40c in just over an hour or eco 1hr 20.
If you go for any of the cotton programs, they're all pretty long. Cotton eco 40c is 3hr 17m!!

Always have gone Bosch- well, we have only Needed two in the last 25 yrs!

We have a Samsung EcoBubble. Daily wash at 40 is 60mins.

I've got a bells and whistles one which takes forever. I wouldn't recommend. My sister has a Gorenje brand one (same company as Hisense) and it does a great 40 wash, has a fair amount of choice in programmes and is a real workhorse. She loves it.

I bought a Costco Haier. Had never heard of it but turns out to be a huge company and the quality is brilliant...cost me £220 and washes in 60-90 mins

Miele Twindos. Expensive but worth every penny, they last for 20 odd years. Can do a 20 & 1 hour wash, and normal cotton 40 degrees is about an hour and a half.
