Is anyone else having trouble accessing Asda online?

Just that really. Can't see my orders online or in the app, help just crashes and says try again later. I can't get in to amend my order and I'm panicking a bit

Their website and app is awful. I ended up with Tesco last time as i couldnt get Asdas to work. So its not just you.

I managed to place an order a few days ago but I can't get in to amend it now. I always just put some random stuff on the order at first then amend it nearer the time of delivery.

I think thy might have quite high demand at the moment.
All the isolating and clinically vulnerable people will be trying to get slots and do their shopping, but there might not be priority in place for them as the shielding programme hasn’t been reinstated in the same way as lockdown 1.
