After advice about this please.
After months of a really bad diet, huge weight gain (about 2.5stone on 10 months) I’m perimeno, unfit and getting fatter by the day.
I’ve put a stop to it now though.
So I’m just getting to the end of a high protein bag of granola, I’m just using it up then will move to weetabix, (I’m planning on having one a day with soya milk at breakfast. )
I have about 5 tablespoons of this granola, half a mug of soya milk and half a teaspoon of milled linseed, flaxseed, sunflower seed Added in.
This I figured would improve my gut health, reduce the bloating, getting my bowels regular, introduce vital nutrients lacking for months.
I know that the granola contains a high sugar load, as I say I’m just using up what I have in my cupboard, making small changes.
Is this ok? To start I mean?
I try to follow a plant based diet as much as possible, controlling calorie intake.
I’m not great at this kind of thing, so any advice gratefully received. Thanks
