What do people do with their babies in the last (longest) wake window before bedtime? I find I am absolutely knackered from a day looking after DD (4months) in lockdown without access to meeting friends for coffee of attending mum groups for a bit of relief! By the time 5pm rolls around I'm done and I'm eyeing up the wine on the kitchen shelf! (Bottle feeding!). This needs to be her longest wake window to work with her night time sleep and it just seems to drag! But I can't bear to plonk her in front of a baby sensory video as I don't like the idea of screens before bed.
Any "easy" things I can do with baby at the end of an exhausting day?
