Obviously I mean How would they have addressed Hilary and Bill?

In NZ Clarke Gayford is called "Our First Bloke"

I suspect they wouldn’t bother with a silly title and would just call him “Doug Emhoff” or “the President and her husband”

Isn't Bill still entitled to be called Mr President? So Mr and Madam President. Or maybe Madam and Mr President.

Former Presidents are still 'Mr President' AFAIK so if Hilary had won his title would have been unchanged and they would have been POTUS and FPOTUS.

When there was a woman president in the West Wing, it was Madam President and the First Gentleman.

It’d be First Gentleman. So Kamala Harris’ husband will now become Second Gentleman and if she ascends to POTUS in 2024 then he’ll be First Gentleman. But it’ll be interesting to see if they use that title or if they reserve such belittling forms of address only for females...

I heard the term 'first gentleman' used on US TV today, so maybe that's an accepted term??
