We run a small business, it's nearly 3 years old and we are updating the benefits we offer staff, we're thinking of improving parental leave/benefits...helpfully someone posted a great thread on maternity leave - giving lots of peoples experience on what they received.
I wondered if you could share what the paternity benefits are at your workplace, it would help to know if the maternity and paternity arrangements were equal and how it works with shared parental leave.
