Any bigger travel cots?

We have a knock off baby bjorn Travel cot (it was an Aldi special) and my 20month old isnt sleeping very well in it anymore when we go away. There’s zero chance she’d stay in a bed, and I’d be nervous about her sleeping in a normal bed in a non-baby-proofed room. Has anyone got a bigger travel cot they could recommend? Or what do people do for this in between-y stage?

Quite a while ago now we bought a babydan one from John Lewis which is the same dimensions as a standard cot (not cot bed).
Extra handy as we could also use the actual cot mattress in it for extra comfort if we had space in the car, or latterly when we had got rid of the cot but had friends or relatives to stay

When I was looking for larger travel cots a while back, Hauck did the biggest ones on the market.

I was just going to suggest the same one as a PP linked above. DS was (and still is!) huge and we used that one. Not tilting and worked well.

Yes we got the Hauck one which is 120cm long, the same model is sometimes sold by Aldi/Lidl (I forget which) and can be found pretty cheaply. I got it second hand, barely used.

I know what you've said about not ready for a bed. We had to go for a "my first ready bed" style thing, as DS could climb out of the travel cot (and DS1 climbed out out the actual cot days after his 2nd birthday, DS2 climbed out more like 18 months). Apart from the static material, they worked really well.

When DS outgrew the travel cot we got him an "Intex Kidz Travel Bed" (available from Argos, Amazon etc) which is great and better than a ReadyBed IMO.
