Whole mouth tingling before suspected cold sore?

Has anyone experienced this?

I had what I think was my first cold sore last year (I’m 37), it was like having a white head on my lip which appeared overnight on my bottom lip, no itching, popped by itself before the day ended and healed in less than 48hrs - in fact the whole thing was done and dusted in a couple of of days.

This last week to two weeks I’ve felt a bit run down and have had on and off itching inside the whole of my mouth and back of my throat - This mimics an allergic reaction for me which is becoming increasingly common so I didn’t think too much about it.

Suddenly on Friday morning the outside of my lips began tingling/itching too and a tiny, tiny red lump appeared on the inside of my bottom lip which itched like a bugger.
This morning the spot is gone but the rest of my mouth, lips, throat still itch on and off. My eyes and ears started itching last night and haven’t stopped which feels like my body’s giving me two fingers. That can’t be related to cold sores, can’t it??

Is this a thing? Has anyone had this??
