Meal delivery service for breakfast and lunch?

Hi everyone, I’m suffering quite badly with depression at the moment and among other things am struggling hugely to have the energy for self care (eating properly, exercising etc). I really want to start eating more nutritious food as I’m sure eating rubbish is contributing to my total lack of energy at the moment, but even trying to meal plan or shop feels completely overwhelming. I’ve started getting some hello fresh deliveries for dinners which has helped a bit as it takes all of the mental effort out of things- does anyone know of a similar service that provides breakfast and lunch also? All I’ve seen is weight loss meal replacements - although I could do with losing a bit of weight my focus at the moment is on just being healthier rather than dieting.

I know the above sounds incredibly lazy, I’m not normally like this at all but I just seem to have no energy at all- my whole body feels like it’s made of lead and even getting up in the morning is a struggle ☹️

Can you not just order extra hello fresh stuff for lunch?

Why don’t you buy a massive bag of oats for breakfast, much less effort than preparing an entire hello fresh meal. Just oats with water or milk in a bowl and pop in the microwave.

Also, I don't know where you are, but have a look if your local indie coffee/sandwich shop is doing deliveries. One near me does all kinds of breakfasts and salads.

Musclefood, they also come with snacks and are really nice! Or kbk that's more pricey

I don’t know any services but would it help to just eat the same thing every day? For example fruit and yoghurt is little prep? Could you cook a few pieces of salmon for lunch (I literally shove them in oven with nothing else) and have them with pre bagged salad? I have been enjoying those bags of Caesar salad from supermarket with a can of anchovies. Apologies of this is not helpful. Well done on trying to regain control.

It would be pretty exoensive, but could you do a lighter/ healthier meal prep service for lunch, like mindful chef? Maybe too much cooking though? Then maybe three things in rotation for breakfast - porridge one day, yoghurt the next, then a croissant for a treat every 3 days?

For breakfast you could buy the porridge pots that you just add hot water to? There are meal delivery services designed for elderly people that deliver meals that just need microwaving - might be an option? Also, companies like Cook are a good option.

Tin of soup for lunch? Less effort than Hello Fresh.

Beans on toast? Jacket potato? Fish finger sandwich?
