For experience and skills I have 250 words to show I have whats desired against three things. Is it best to write one concise example per point to demonstrate this, or have bullets points with multiple examples (but lose the how and what happened)
Later on for there are 4 behaviours to write examples of how I show these and I understand it’s the STAR technique then etc etc. But it’s just this experience section I’m a bit confused on.
Any help?
