Online free exercise class for small room

I need something for a fat unfit person with a small living room. Ideally with cheery music.

They don’t have music, but the HasFit videos on YouTube are good.

Lucy Wyndham Reed I think she is called. Does Facebook live or loads of YouTube uploads. No need for much space some workouts are only 3 to 4 mins. Perfect.

Jenny Mclendon, for beginners and seniors. Particularly the isolated workout, and the quarantined workout. Designed for doing at home in lockdown. Good music.
Leslie Sansone walking programme, enjoyable, doable for all fitness levels.

Rockbox classes. All on zoom. So good great music and can take it at any level.
