Looking to see if anyone has any advice. Yesterday was a busy day building livingroom furniture etc, woke up at 3:30am this morning with terrible pains in the areas circled in the attached pictures. I am in absolute agony, I thought maybe trapped wind as I seem to be rifting a lot, have take rennies, hot water bottle, hot bath, cup of warm water and lemon slices, buscopan, ibuprofen. Nothing is helping I still have this pain!! Does anyone have any ideas? I couldn't sleep last night due to it and can't get comfy tonight with it. Thank you

Urine infection

StormsDontLastForever · 07/11/2020 22:51

I don't have any pain above my beasts so no pain in chest area. Feel like I need the toilet but only small bits coming out (sorry for too much info) I am constantly rifting. That's why I felt like it could be trapped wind etc but it's now nearly 24 hours since it started and still not lifting. If it gets any worse I will call 111. Thank you everyone for the advice, just hoping I can get some sleep tonight

Any relief OP?

StormsDontLastForever · 08/11/2020 21:44

Sorry everyone I fell asleep last night, thankfully managed a bit of a decent sleep. Have been busy all day. Still in pain, in both my stomach and back but stomach pain not as bad today thankfully, mainly the area at my back. Have been taking rennies and painkillers so if not better by tomorrow morning I will contact my gp and update. Thank you 😁

Had you been drinking OP? Could be pancreatitis

StormsDontLastForever · 08/11/2020 22:32

@DangerMouse17 no I hardly drink, last time I even had as much as a glass of wine would have been February/March

I had this pain all last week. And a few people I know also had it or have it now. A lesser known symptom of covid is abdominal pain and pain in the back at lung area. I fasted for 3 days (only one no carb meal a day) and it helped the abdominal pain. I also permanently felt like I needed to go to the loo but not much movement. Worse pain in the gut in the morning. I'm fine now. I reckon it was covid but didn't test.
