What is the ultimate sandwich toaster recipe?

I've bought myself a deep fill sandwich toaster, what is the ultimate toasted sandwich / omelette / other sandwich toastable food!?

Pancakes.

I use a thick american style batter, 3-4 mins, then done and you get these little triangles that are great for picking up with fingers and dipping in maple syrup.

Also, you can cook Victoria sponge mix in a sandwich toaster to make little triangle cakes that you can split open to fill the inside with jam and cream.

@OddHoleySocks , try jam, peanut butter and Cheese together. It's a game changer.

We've just had left over sausage sliced with cheese.
Nutella and banana is good

As it's lockdown roasted veg and Brie is working for me and Brie and bacon is DS's choice.

Surely a toastie is for life, not just for lockdown?
