I froze some sweet potato’s that is cut into wedges - and want to have them for dinner. But I forgot to get them out.
Can I cook them from frozen? Would it work if o stick them in the microwave?

Sorry very inane post but want to know whether I’m going to have to run to the chip shop instead

Use the defrost setting on the microwave then cook as you normally would. They should be fine.

You're welcome, I'm sure. Smile

How do you plan to cook them once they are defrosted?

Was going to just shove in oven as wedges (already sliced). With a bit of paprika and salt.

However I’ve got a feeling they may go soggy
