Just scrolling through Facebook and found the infamous Mumsnet chicken! This lady has meals for a week for 2 people for under £20 featuring the Mumsnet chicken!

To be fair me and my mother can stretch a chicken out for 3 meals just about Roast dinner, left over chicken for sandwiches and the bones boiled up to make a stock for soup 😂

We had a large roast chicken while we were on a self catering holiday this year and it did last a while but 12 portions is pushing it I think.

Oh god ! Reminds me of late mil who we discovered was making a chicken breast last 7 days for her evening meal.

I can make one chicken last for 4 meals between 4. Roast, curry, stir fry and a pie. But it's a large chicken and other than the roast, it's bulked out with veggies.
