What time of day do you do you daily walk/exercise?

Do you mix it up? Same time every day? Last lockdown we did 3 o’clock but we are still at work that time most days. 4 is starting to get dark but maybe DD will find that exciting if we go somewhere enclosed. I believe parks are still open which is good.

I get up at 5 and run in the week. Weekends am also up early (like now!) but potter about and do something later in the day.

I'm a bit concerned about my kids. They get in at 4 and were used to doing regular sports clubs. Last time we could walk in the day but now they're in school I don't think they're active enough in the week. I'm not keen on taking them out in the dark.

Morning - run or weights

And then afternoon a long walk with the children

I always went out twice even when not allowed. Because my run was at 5.30. Didn’t pass anyone.

Joebiden. I get what you mean. It was excessively policed by people we trust and expect to understand the law and it was explained by the people we assumed made it and so would understand it the best.

I've learnt a lot from that experience and don't take things at face value any more. It's my job to understand what I can and can't lawfully do and I'm not relying on the politicians or the media to inform me this time around.

We are exercising at home as the weather has turned and it’s not so enjoyable outdoors. The message was to stay home as much as possible so we are doing that. We have been getting the garden ready for winter so plenty of outdoor time but little, if any, vitamin d to be had now.

Weekends we are up and at em by 9am. Home for lunch, then back out there.

During the week we try and do a short park visit straight after school /daycare.
