Long story short, I'm in a dispute with my landlord about them replacing my old storage heaters with ones that are up to the current legal standard.
They're pleading poverty (they're a nationwide multimillion pound company owned by one of the supermarkets so that's a lie) and have said it will cost £4k to do the work.
However, when I looked up the heaters they'd be fitting online, they're less than £100 each, so that's a very expensive electrician they must be using.
Are there any electricians that could give a rough figure for removing two old storage heaters and replacing them with the ones in the link below please?

They fitted one in my daughter's room earlier in the year and were here for less than hours, and that was doing other work too.
If they can really charge over 3k for a morning's work I'm in the wrong business!
