A true hero isnt measured by his size or strength but by the strength of their heart

What is the meaning of this?

Is it
A) strength of heart = brave
B) strength of heart = kindness

Or something else.

I interpreted it one way and some one else another and I just wondered what others thought.

It’s just a general comment on character rather than brawn making a true hero.

Also courage, strongwill, resilience, persistence/endurance. It could be anything depending on who's saying it and what they mean.

It's meaningless (and ungrammatical) drivel.
