Hi, i gave birth 8m 3w ago and it still hurts to be intimate. Is there something wrong?
I torn the bottom part of the labia minora and some inside. It looks normal but when me and my partner have sex and theres pressure on that part, it hurts. Is it normal for it to still hurt after nearly 9 months?

Yes if sex hurts something is wrong. Ask a female GP (male GPs are so dismissive) for help.

You may need a Fenton's procedure. Definitely talk to your GP and don't let them fob you off.

You may get better help with a women’s physio. It shouldn’t hurt at this stage. I had a nasty 3rd degree tear 7 months again and a decent amount of internal damage. Sex doesn’t hurt now.
