Hi everyone
I was just looking for some advice,tips and ideas. I am pregnant with my first baby which I am delighted about, I am only 7 weeks pregnant and the morning sickness has started horrendously this week. I have tried all the old wives tales ginger only eating plain food but nothing seems to help. I am at the point where I am running out of food ideas the only thing I have manage to keep down is pot noodles🙈 the smell of bread and milk make me sick so breakfast is a no go. I’m just worried I’m not giving my baby enough energy.
If you have any suggestions! Please help!x
