What makes you think, they've got it together

Can I ask what quality about a persons house makes you think they've got their sh*t together, and indeed a quality about themselves that make you think this.

Sometimes I meet someone who with no bragging or effort just gives this vibe off. And I am in awe of it. I aspire to be this

This is awful and shallow so im sorry in advance but its seeing someone who has a healthy body in the lower bmi range dressed in high quality smart clothes, hair all neat, posture really good, never flustered, accent very clear, nails to hair roots to teeth all in top condition. They are in control of their feelings, always know the right and appropriate thing to say. Conscise. They always know and have all the key dates to anything, never late to anything or in debt.
