At home self isolating with my 12 year old who has potentially come in contact with a Covid case at school. Following the rules so he is stuck in the house and garden but omgoodness!!!!!! He’s normally very active (hour cycling a day, football etc!) and now he can’t be. We have a wobble board, inside scooter, soft footballs, weights. He trains with me and a PT twice a week. But he has soooooooooooo much energy left. Any suggestions on how to tire the boy out?????
