Anyone not put the heating on yet?

I haven't.

I've checked it works this year but that's about it.

Personally I don't like it being on. It make my throat scratchy and flares my eczema up.

I'm happier to wrap up and keep moving around the house.

Anyone else not put theirs on yet?

Do what works for you of course. If you live alone or if you don't and the other people you live with are also happy with this then fine.

OP, was JUST thinking how guilty I feel as I've got the CH on approximately 20 hrs a day!

Mine hasn't been on yet. I agree with the PP who said do what works for your household. Ours is DD and me, both working from home and both determined not to be the first to admit that we're cold.

I have just checked and it's two degrees so I'm happy to lose this year and it's going on for an hour. Hope it's still working .....

I like to wear regular indoor clothes and not move around all the time during the evening, so the heating's been clicking on and off for weeks now.

A lot depends on where you are. Those in northern areas will need to warm their homes before those in the south do, generally speaking.
