Share your little excitements amid the tedium of lockdown. We’ve had seven pairs of jogging bottoms for DD from Next and a packet of Amazon Basics batteries. Such thrills!

A bag charm from China. It took only 5 weeks to get here Hmm and cost me £2 with free postage. I expected it to look horribly cheap but it was surprisingly ok.
From this day forward I am determined not to order anything else which has to come from China or similar places.

An iPad which is going to be a family Christmas present from Santa to the three of us, a snuggly fleece for me for slobbing out in, some joggers for DH, Christmas pressies x2 from Smyths. I think the delivery men are becoming our best friends at the mo! They'll be sick of me! Blush

2, 2m faux eucalyptus garlands that will be the start of an Xmas staircase decoration. I also had a letter saying my work had approved my pay rise. Which I’m super pleased about as you normally have to apply and jump through hoops (I’m jumping to the higher par scale) but I’m on mat leave so haven’t done the application and wasn’t expecting it!

TheDogsMother · 14/11/2020 00:07

A lovely winter dress from Hobbs. No idea why considering we can't go anywhere Grin

gindinner · 14/11/2020 00:44

New shoes for all dc, and new boots for me.
Christmas tree
Advent calendars

PurpleThistles84 · 14/11/2020 00:51

Some wide hair bands with teeth to actually stay on my head. A letter saying our heating system is going to be replaced. Said heating system being an open fire and boiler that holds just enough water for one bath!
