Share your little excitements amid the tedium of lockdown. We’ve had seven pairs of jogging bottoms for DD from Next and a packet of Amazon Basics batteries. Such thrills!

A beautifully illustrated Harry Potter book for my brothers birthday, some pastel highlighters for dd1’s stocking and a bronzer for dd2’s stocking.
Think that was it today.

I’m waiting on a vintage framed print which is well past due delivery date...if it’s not arrived by Friday I’ll have to chase them about it.

Hoping I get some deliveries tomorrow so that I have something to post on the thread!

I've had a new blade delivered for my actifry. Just a compatible one from amazon because I've had the machine so long I fully expect it to go the way of the original blade any time soon.

A lovely long grey jumper with white snowflakes on it for me from TU. Every other delivery has been and will Christmas presents though for others, I’m not going out shopping.

A squeeze ball thing for my DP who has fractured his elbow and needs to keep practicing hand movements.

A microwaveable neck wheat bag for me for my headaches.

A frog shaped tea strainer for one of my dad’s Xmas presents.

2 sofa cover fabric samples.

Two green & two hot pink golf balls with the Incredible Hulk on them. He won’t use them because they won’t be good enough quality. Instead I have paid £30 for four ‘looking at’ golf balls. He doesn’t ask for much though, so if it makes him happy...

well, I was epxepecting new cushionsfomr next and a new pillow from Dunelm - but had emails for both to say they've been delayed - boo!
Did get my new gorgeous Emma Bridgewater mug though, and a new power lead for my treadmil as the old one dissappeared when DH "tidied" the garage

An enormous Lego set for DS's birthday, which I then spent the morning assembling (second hand off ebay so wanted to check it had all the pieces). It was quite fun actually

A Faber Castell fountain pen I've had my eye on & got with 40% off. Makes a change from urine mats for the dog or kids clothes!

Yesterday - my RNLI package - Christmas cards (for me to write), 2 tea towels, a jigsaw and a family organiser.

I am contemplating an exercise bike though....and need to order more nice coffee...and just found out that a supplier of smoked fish that we love from "down home" is now doing online orders and deliveries by post.....

A small box addressed to my SIL. She's not sure if she'll be allowed out for Christmas, so she's ordering stuff to be sent to us.

An enormous ruler height chart for the wall. Completely unnecessary and infuriating to put up, lots of swearing, but I love it 😆 I can't see us having a forever home until we're quite old, so it'll be nice to be able to take the kids' growth spurts with us when we move about ☺️
