Anyone used/using Courtney Black workouts?

I've signed up for the app and now wondering how effective it is!

Any experience anyone?

Hi, I've been doing her workouts since June I think. Like anything you put in the effort and you will see results.

I haven't lost much weight following the workouts but I have toned up alot, I previously lost 4 stone which is why I think I didn't lose much
