I have covered mine with a layer of meat and topped it off with some skin to keep it all in place. So far, so good. Grin

It’s normal to lose bone as we age and a good calcium supplement after the 50 milestone is a sensible precaution. Avoid the nhs cheap chalk, they have less than 5% absorption and create havoc in your guts. To create density you need to lift weights and for flexibility yoga.
You can request a bone density scan so you know what you are working with. I also bought a second hand vibrating plate which I used everyday for 2 years until it died and increased my density by 6%!
Aim for strong, flexible bones to carry you well through the next fifty years.
