Are carpet shops open?

Our ensuite loo has leaked and the flooring is ruined. It all needs ripping out. Just wondering if the likes of carpet right etc are open so we can replace.

Our local one isn't open to the public but you can ring up and arrange one-on-one appointments, and fittings are going ahead as normal.

Depends on the individual shop I think. I went in an independent one locally last week and ordered stair carpet and he rang to let me know that it had been ordered, and even though the shop would be shut, they'd be fitting it when it was convenient to me.
