New Boob Size! And bra recommendations?

I posted before about getting measured - DH got out a tape measure & did the deed earlier. If we’ve calculated the figures correctly, I am a 40 - 42 E. I was a 38DD for years, then a 38D & when I dropped to 9 stone I wore a 36D. Need to donate all my bras to a good cause & buy sexy new ones to cheer myself up, as I have ballooned to nearly 13 stone 😢 . I had some brilliant Gossard lacy bras when I was measured at Debenhams but would welcome any recommendations. Do folks like ASDA undies?

What measuring guide did you use?
Don't add inches to your under bust measurement

I am 16 stone and wear a 36 back so not sure you are really a 40 or 42 back size.

40 to 42 E is my cup size.

If you were 9 stone you were not a 36 back

I dont think you are right. A 42E has a bigger cup size than 40E. An E cup on a 42 back is not the same as an E cup on a 40 back as cup size is relative to back size

I think you will be a smaller back size than you think.

What was the actual tape measure reading when you measured your underbust? Did you add any inches on, you don't need to do that. Your underbust (band) size is whatever the tape measure reads.

I'm just over 14 stone and wear a 38 inch band.
