Does anyone know about rightmove stats, what is good, bad, average.

How can you increase them.

Any info about them appreciated.

I do.

Increasing usually comes from a price change or a change to the lead photo or a premium or featured listing.

What is good or bad depends on your area. However your agent will be able to see a graph of how your listing is performing compared to similar listings. If your in line or above the similar listings you’re fine, if you’re below then you need to think about why. Numbers will spike in the first few days then drop off, that’s because most people filter their results showing the newest listings first, so if they’re checking every day or two they might only be seeing the first 4 or 5 results even if there are 100 properties on the market.

A price drop will put you back to the top of the newest listings if that’s an option for you.

Price drop will only show at the top of its a change of 3% or more.
