Well, it's started. All future Ocado slots gone apart from my booked delivery next week. I used to be able to book deliveries two weeks in advance.
I would understand if they had written to me to explain this; we're entering into another lockdown and I don't blame them to want to be cautious. But no email, and when I contacted them by email, I got an automated response saying do not contact them about deliveries.
Very first world problem, but pfft. Has anyone else had this or know what's going on?
