Hi1 I have been living abroad for the past 14 years. I have never settled and I have always wanted to go back to the UK at some point. I have no family ties there anymore so pretty flexible when it comes to areas. Would be North though.
I don´t know the N.E at all but I´m staggered by how reasonable house prices are, even compared to Manchester where I´m from. I am looking to relocate in the next 5 years so nothing immediate but I just wanted some general opinions on the area...closeness to amenities, things to do, safety etc.
