Royal mail issues

Hello,

Is anyone finding post delayed at the moment, I ordered some contact lenses Monday that were despatched 1st class the same day according to my email, my glasses have snapped! Aghhhh! Xx

Yes,have several things not arrived that have all been sent with Royal Mail not a courier.

Yes, they're struggling at the moment. All the delivery companies are with staff sickness and sheer volume

I moved to a new house mid October which usually generates a lot of post plus I've redirected mail from old address and I've only had one lot of post. It was a load so it seems like they are storing it.

Hmmm ok, I'll give it 2more working days or I'll have to try and get some specs asap xx
