I have been under a lot of stress lately and not sleeping well. But the last few weeks I've realised I'm dreaming and not been able to wake up from it. Anyone else had this? To make it worse I've thought I've woken up only to realise that I'm actually still sleeping and the cycle has started again. It's really freaking me out and putting me off sleep. Any ideas what I can to do to stop it? Could be a sleep paralysis thing?
